I am 26 years old and have struggled with my weight my whole life. When I was 18 I was diganosed with P.C.O.S. which made my weight an even harder issue to control. With the ups and downs of dieting and trying to start a family I had been considering weight loss surgery for years. Knowing some poeple that had gastricbypass I knew it was not for me - but I wanted the control of dealing with food in a better way. When I first heard about lap bad I was not so sure. After reading alot and going to a class I knew this was for me! To gain a tool what would help me make a lifestyle change to help me with a lifelong battle. Afte going though all the appointments and the whole "process" (although it was long to satsify the insurance) I knew I had made the right decision. I was so confident day of surgery - and feel like I have been given a new lease of life!! I am on my way a few pounds down and lots more to go with the help of my new lap band!!
