    Hi Im Johny from Consett, England. Currently working in Azerbaijan and 11 months post Band Op. I stumbled across this site looking for simmilar questions Ive thought about and have answered. Started @ 124KG and Im currently about 94kg so things seem to be working ok. Looking to get down to 82kg.
