  1. Maybe I am posting this in the wrong spot, if so I apologize. I had my band done in July 2010, all is going great. Exercising good and often. My problem is really being tierd all the time. I have heard this is normal? Any thoughts? If so i would like some suggestions, thanks to all.

  3. :thumbup:I found a liquid multi vitamin, tastes ok. I mix it with my protein shake in the morning.
  4. Had the LapBand done 7/3/2010. Lost 30 pounds so far, now I am stuck at the same weight, eating is good. Exercising, but not loosing anything. I am able to fit into smaller clothes. I know this is a sign of weight loss, I guess Iam just getting frustrated. Maybe I need a fill?:smile2:
  5. Howdy, The wife and I are boyj from Killeen, we were banded 07/03/2010 in beautiful Cancun. Glad too meet you!
  6. I have been banded since 7/3/2010. I feel good weight is coming off good, eating right. No real discomfort from the surgery. Wondering when it would be safe to start exercising such as the treadmill? Any suggestions?
  7. Howdy all, My wife and I were recently banded in Cancun, Mexico on July 3, 2010. It was great we used a company called Belite and all was great! So far so good, feeling good, no problems so far. I think the being hungry feeling is more a "mind game"...lol. My wife will probably strongly disagree with me  So time will tell.
