  1. Would you do it again ? What would you do differently to improve your success? What would you suggest that I not do ? Looking for all the insight I can find. Getting ready for surgery. Endoscopy was yukky last week. Still have gas !
  2. I am getting ready for band surgery and started taking Vitamins and changing my diet already in preparation. I am now taking Shaklee LiquidLea Gold liquid vitamins. I read about it on A Great Life Checked with my doc and he says it is a great choice, has all the right stuff and the taste is not bad. I mix it with a little juice in the morning. I also take a liquid calcuim/mag supplement every day also. Lywest :scared2:
