  1. Hahaha no worries. Got lots of nurses in my family. I'm used to it
  2. My husband and I are on Day 6 of the pre-op diet. It's not as bad as I thought. I had diarrhea the first 3 days, now I just can't go . I just keep thinking that it's for the best. My surgeon does not want us to drink anything other than water, but our nutritionist said we could have some low fat milk in between. Not my ideal diet, but I'm committed. Surgery is scheduled for Thursday the 26th
  3. Great I have long hair. That's gonna be a pain! Oh well, it's all for the best. Unfortunately I can't take a sleep aid, they have horrible side effects on me the next day, so I'm just gonna have to tire myself out today. And I also sleep on my stomach, so I'm sure I'm not gonna be too comfortable  Thanks for the advice though. I appreciate it
  4. Hi Everyone, My surgeon requested that I have a sleep study and I was lucky enough to get it right away. My sleep study is tonight, but I just wanted to know what to expect from this. I'm a little nervous and scared that I won't be able to fall asleep. Does anyone have any advice? Or can anyone let me know what to expect of the sleep study? Thanks!
  5. Oh boy! That doesn't sound great at all. Will they test us after we're done with the PrevPac?
  6. Thanks! I really hope so, I know I have to do it in order to get the surgery, but it really is harder than I thought. But I will definitely hang in there. Thanks again!!!
  7. My husband and I were prescribed the PrevPac for H. Pylori and we're only on day 2 and I feel terrible. I have this awful taste in my mouth and horrible stomach cramps  Has anyone had similar side effects? If so, how did you get thru it?
