    Hey guys i just had my lapband inserted few days ago ( 13-oct-2006 ) - I need u guys to help me.. i dont like reading general info i prefer to hear it from people who have gone through what im currently going through. How much do can i expect to loose ?? im prepared to put in alot of hours in the gym ect.. ( please answer in KG terms) i was once a promising soccer player and distractions led me this - im very exited about having another oportunity but i want to push for it and get results quick. would love to get some advice
