HEY!!!!!  I'M SO EXCITED TO INFORM ANYONE WHO CARES THAT MY LAP BAND SURGERY HAS BEEN SCHEDULED!  No, the insurance will still not cover it... but my wonderfully amazing husband has worked very hard and is giving me the money to have this life-changing event happen to me!!!!  I'm scheduled to begin my liquid diet on April 27, 2010 and surgery is scheduled for May 11, 2010....  Dr. David Kim will be the surgeon!  Thank you, God for all the many blessings!_____________________________________________________________________________________This USED to be my story...  My "lapband story" is quite simple....  I can't have the surgery!  My insurance company doesn't cover any baritric-related surgery for any reason.... nor do I have $10,000+ to pay for it myself...So... this means I am here to read your stories and live thru you guys...  I would do anything to have this procedure... so those of you who have done it, take care of yourselves and be HAPPY!  Live your life like God intended for you to live it!  And NEVER go back to how it used to be...
