  1. Well, I finally have my date for surgery. March 30th is my new birthday... Now the week of liquids begins. Yuck! I am already hungry. I can do this....I am a strong woman and I am very ready to shed some pounds. PS can anyone tell me how to do the ticker countdown at the bottom of listings??
  2. I have been drinking the carnation sugar free drinks. They are very good and not hard to get down. Make sure they say sugar free.
  3. I am a few weeks out from surgery now and getting very anxious. I have a support group tomorrow nite. Hopefully, things will keep rolling quickly so I can get started on my new life.
