I love zumba I go three times a week, I could go more but I work, I to live and work on a Army post and the classes are free:thumbup: There are so many peolpe(mostly ladies) The instructor told us today we were going to burn 1000 cal. and trust me I know I did:biggrin:(felt like I did). Good luck with your tapes, but try a class you'll get hooked.
  2. Hello All I have been banded since March 9,2010, Ive had four fills to date. I have a 14cc band, first fill 1cc, second fill 1.5cc, third fill 1.5cc, my last fill was on May 24 2010 1cc, that fill was to tight so I had .5cc removed the next day.So far I'm doing ok. starting wt. 227 Pre-op 216 Current 192 Goal 154-160 Ht. 5'7
  3. Hi new banded buddies I had my lap band on 3/9/10 I did great . All I can say is walk walk walk th e only pain I had was the gas. Gas X works wonders.
