I feel like I have been yo-yo dieting since I was in Junior High. I recently noticed an additional 25lb weight gain over the last 2 years and they have been stubborn pounds to get rid of. I look at this like a life-long dieting tool since there are consequences to over-eating with the Band. As I write this, I am 5 days post op and have lost 7 1/2 lbs already!
