hi sara it took a while for me to get my third fill because i wanted to enjoy christmas lol,but at my second fill i had 5.5 in my band and was quite restricted,couldnt eat much so i didnt need third fill but was happy to get it in jan xx good luck with yours i do think you need your first and second fill close together for it to start working but from your third fill on restriction starts well it did for me good luck hun and to you blondy good luck for tom will be thinking of you xx

i have noticed i can only have about 3 mouthfulls of anything up to now lol,i use that ww bread it brown and really thin im glad i can eat it he he,hopefully my weight will budge now xx and so will yours freckles xx

manchester is on the 10th freckles ive just lookied lol,i cant believe up till now i can hardly eat so weird,two bites of a sandwhich and im full,hopefully i can fit some more food in,it does seem like alot of money for the .5 but if it gets you going again hun,unless you wait a bit and see if you lose anymore form the last fill xx

freckles you will soon lose it lol, i had only lost 7lb since my oct fill,we had chris duprez for the fill's today i love when he does them he is so talkative and i feel like i can ask him anything were as freddy boy always seem's in a hurry lol,he gave me another 1ml which brings me up to 6.5ml now hope it help this time lol xx

hi hun this is my third fill,the first fill just fill the band itself the next fills will start to restrict you bit by bit,cant wait for this fill lol

that's good charlene i well had my appetite back at that stage so you might be ok for a bit even after your fill so that would be good for you hun,and yes you will be fine driving they just make you drink a glass of water to make sure it goes down they normally give you 3ml for your first fill xx

sade dont worry too much your first fill dosnt really do anything other than fill the band up it is the fills after this that start to tighten band,as claire says were all different she can only eat a wee bit i can eat a whole chicken curry and i have two fills so it does depend on how you feel hun,the fills dont hurt at all and only take about 10 seconds lol i normally have fluids the day of fill and the next day then go back on to soup etc good luck hun

your welcome hun,i also asked hotel for an alarm call at 6 so i could shower before taxi comes aroud 6.45 and when you got to hospital you walk in past a wee reception desk and turn right and go into a waiting room there is a machine you take a ticket from i pressed the bottom button cause it's all foreign lol and sit and wait till your number is called but they can speak quite good english and take your passport to hopital good luck hun xx

just thought i would mention i bought the opsite dressings from lloyds chemist in pack of 5 which are great as they are waterproof for showering etc and i took motilum tabs for nausea,windeeze,loose clothing for swelling after surgery,slip on shoes,handtowel for hosp,washbag,chew vit,nurofen melts,cup a soup and some shakes and also take a cup or mug as they only have plastic ones in hotel and i asked for a pre med to calm me down befor surgery you have to ask for this just thought i would tell you all what i took lol

oh patty your are doing great i think i will be like you my weight loss is slow but i hope form this third fill it will start to speed up as your has,and wouldnt it be amazing it you ended up pregnant naturally it could happen love and i hpe it does as you are doing so well good luck hunny you've got a great chance now xxx

. hi hun i started taking my milkthistle two weeks before hun and you dont need liquid vitamins i just take the kids bassett ones,no you cant do sit ups not too sure about power plates think they might be ok but not for at least 8 weeks,if you do want liquid vit try the chemist or holland and barrat,i didnt spend any money at all i just took shakes with me oh i did buy bottle of water from hotel it was expensive about 5 euro for a large bottle xx

i would hold off a bit dub girl cause if it is heavy work you have to be careful with your port side because if you pull it you will be in agony honest my friend thought she had damaged her's by lifting somthing quite heavy so try and take more time off for heavy work anyway it's not to bad light work,it's best not taking the chance of damaging it good luck hun i didnt change my bandages much i just bought the water proof ones and took them off after 5 days to heal themselves lol and just made an appointment with the nurse in our doctors practice to check them over and take out the wee blue stitch on the 10th day xx
