I have struggled with my weight my entire life. It has always held me down, keeping me from being the happy, smiley person I feel inside. I finally decided, if I do not do this for myself, the 2nd half of my life was going to continue down the same path. So far, it has been the best decision I have ever made. Have not stopped smiling since 2 weeks before my surgery and continue to notice each and everyday, a feeling of hope, drive and passion. I am in no hurry to lose the weight, it just feels great to know I am on my way!
