  4. Please give me all the advice you can. Banded for 6 years and started Whey Protein drinks equal to 52 grams a day. I had slipped up and instead of putting effort into this band I was grabbing ice cream drinks, so I talked to the DR and increased my protein. Regardless, I am at 182#. I sip all day but can eat at dinner time and after. What advice do I need to kick my a^& into gear?????
  5. Buy a stainless steel mug-like from Starbucks. Fill it with an icy protein shake and you can sip on it all day. The ice will be there when you get home.
  6. I have been banded for 6 years and have kept the majority of weight off BUT I need quick alternative to Sonic Cream Slush- one without the carbs-that is same consistency- icy, creamy and strawberry. I need to be able to take it to work and keep it cold so I can sip it.
  7. As a nurse I have first hand knowledge that this is related to the surgery/anesthesia and may last up to a month. Walk-move do not lay around. Gas-X.
