  1. I am 5 weeks out and confused :confused:about what I am supposed to be eating?? My nutritionist says that I should be eating 1 cup of food...so I made turkey chili and ate a cup of it...but tonight I had a salmon burger (well actually 2) b/c when I weighed it, it equaled 8oz. which is a cup...same with my chicken breats and hummus at lunch... I haven't really been eating veggies or fruit b/c I am totally consumed with eating protein....please help!! Am i doing this right? or should I be eating 3 oz. of chicken (or protein) and then 5 oz of veggies or something?? i'm stuck on this 1c. of food thing..but eating mostly Protein. then I get freaked out b/c how many ounces is our stomach supposed to be holding? can it really hold 8oz.? I haven't had a fill yet, at about 6-7 weeks I will, but most days I am not hungry...????? I've lost 32 pounds in 5 weeks and am happy but am very fearful that I am doing something wrong!! any help would be appreciated:) PLEASE:smile:
