Short version for now... will add more soon... I weigh 350# & should weigh 130#, I have had 2 total hip replacements & I'm not allowed to put my full weight on the hip cuz it will make it go bad much faster, I truly need to lose weight badly they have discussed that I should go for a weight reduction surgery...
