    I am new to all of this! But have tried so many different things. I am ready to do this! I need advice badly. I live near Columbus ohio and need a doctor and will probably be self pay, but want to stay in ohio. Any advice on where, how much and financing? I am truly desperate and would appreciate anyones help. I am 43 and 5'5" and weigh 220 lbs. thanks
