  1. Hello. So several things are going on. I had the Lap-band procedure on July 23,2009, almost 7 months ago, and I have lost 43 pounds. I have a healthier lifestyle and go to the gym 4 times a week. The problem is, I haven't lost a single pund since November! I went back to my surgeon in November and had the band tightened(not sure if that was a good idea) I told him the wieght was starting to come off VERY SLOWLY, he said it was normal and that I have platoed and now it was going to be inches I was going to start losing. To be quite honest, I haven't noticed that either. I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong or what I should do now? My next issue now is that for the last 3 days I have been having throbbing pain right where the lap-band is located. I notice it right after I eat. The pain is getting worse.. Has anyone else experienced that same pain?
