  1. i was banded in feb. i lost really fast at first, seem to be stuck at 36 pounds, help!. what can i do to get back on track. what should i be eating to lose faster and stay full?

Im new to lapband talk. i was banded in Feb of this year. only lost 36 since then, broke my leg 2 months ago and it really set me back not being able to do my exercise program. i feel that is an essential part of the transition in wt loss. hopefully i can get back on track after my ortho md releases me next week. i had a goal of 50 pounds by Christmas. still hope to get there. it is slow losing as i am hypothyroid and i am 51, but i dont give up hope. dont want to be fat anymore. :confused:
