  1. I'm new to the band any help is appreciated

    I had surgery on 1/29/10 the first 3 days are the hardest. No pain but lots of discomfort. Mainly from the gases. Is their anything anyone can recommend to help with the gas pressure you feel. Also do they tighten the band when they first put it in? I have a Dr. appointment on Friday, so is that going to be my first band tighting and if so what should I expect?
