Starting weight 245 , lost 30 Ibs pretty quickly. after a few fills I began getting sick and never found that middle place where I was restricted enought to be full and not get sick.  2 years later, I had a slippage.  I had severe pain in my back, I called the Dr at home and he took all the fluid out.  I was still throwing up and in a lot of pain.  He completed and upper GI and found the band had slipped.  The repair was completed and I healed fine. This time he fixed the hernia while he was in there. I had shoulder pain but was ok.  Since then I have gone through a severe divorce and have had many fills, getting sick along the way.  I gained 20 lbs in the last year. Mostly due to not having a fill in 10 months prior.  When I started to get fills again I found myslef to be in the same position.  I know have a job where I sit at a desk.. All I can think about is food and chewing to get through the day.  6 months ago I started having really bad acid reflux, my dr removed all the fluid, and i was fine.  He gradually placed it back.  I am back to 7.2 CC's and now having reflux again!!! I am at a loss for what to do.. I am hoping this year will be the year to kick this in the butt and move on to a healthy lifestyle.
