Had my lipo last Tuesday and 4 sessions of Zerona since. Today when I walked out of the office, my compression garment was looser. Starting to see some great results, yay!

The pain and discomfort are almost gone...and now the swelling begins, 6 lbs of fluid to get rid of. Walking and drinking water, drinking water and walking!

So I had my cool lipolaser yesterday and right now I'm looking like a deflated balloon, I've started the skin tightening treatments, stay tuned...

Smart Lipo For Arm Flab Over Surgery??

I've heard different takes on the smart, I would make sure to really do research on the doctor.There is a new procedure called Cool LaserLipo, better at tightening than smart lipo. The cool technology tightens up the skin while the laser liquifies the fat for the body to dispose of. It keeps tightening for 6-12 months after so I don't have to wait unitl I am at my goal to have it done. Not to mention there's no hip to hip scar and pain associated with a tummy tuck. I am having this done tomorrow on my tummy and arm pits (yes, my armpits have excess skin) I have been impressed with all the before and after pics, the staff, dr and the patients I've talked to. If I am happy with the results, I will have my back fat done. I'll let you know how it goes! -

Going in for LaserLipo on Tuesday to tighten up the loose skin on my abs and arm pits! Yay!! Will post some before and after pics if I'm brave enough.

Had a set back awhile ago, went in for a fill and discovered my band had slipped. I knew something was wrong because I had developed GERDS. Had to have it loosened, went to Vegas for my bday, drinking and eating ;( gained 7 lbs. Good news, band fell back into place and I am now back on track, having lost the 7 lbs I gained!
