Banded by Dr. Sanchez in Monterrey, Mexico 10/2003. Lost 40 lbs, became frustrated with getting local doc to do fills... travelling 2 hours (with unhappy kids in car) too tight, too loose - I became overwhelmed with hassle. I ended up having fluid taken out & have not "worked it" in 5 years. Of course, I gained the wt. lost - plus added 20 more! Now looking into RNY but doc I am working with wants to give the band "one more try". I go for flouroscopy & fill next week.
