  1. Hi to all the newbies on here and hello to all the ones that have been here. I just read the postings to catch up on everyone. I would like to say the WII sound great and I can't wait to get mine. You all sound like you are having a great time with it. My daughter has one but she is in FL. I just wanted to say to everyone and let you all know I have now lost 40 pounds sense Nov. 18th. I am so happy.
  2. To let everyone know I do record my food and I don't eat hardly any carbs. They said my problem was water weight. I am retaining fluids. I have taken my water pill now for 3 days and sure enough I feel better and my legs don't hurt like they did. Thanks for any and all ideas. I really need any help I get. Well maybe not the help I am getting right now my cat Jaz is trying to catch the letters as I type.:cursing: Good luck everyone.
  3. This was my 2nd fill and I did not do this with the first one. Today is much better and I think my problem was I forgot to slow down and eat slowly. Anyway that is my self diaganoises (sp?):cursing: I am eating the soft diet now and eating slower and I am doing much better. Don't be worried just remember the rules of eating. I had my surgery on Nov. the 18th. Good luck to you,
  4. happy to be here, had adjustment done on wed 1/20/2010, haven't been feeling to good this time, having trouble deeping things down except for fluids. I will visit again soon. I love having folks my age to talk to.
  5. thank you both for the welcome. thanks for the doing ok and letting me know stalls are normal. about myself, well I live in MN now but will be moving to AL come June. I came to MN from FL because my son went to, as they say the sand box, 5 years ago to help my daughter in law with the kids. My health was not good and I found the health support hear was better than FL so I stayed. Well now my son is being transfered to Alaska and I am not going any further north. I have friends in Alabama so I am going there. I have a 13 1/2 year old shi zu and a 2 year old siamese cat. I love animals, except mine forgot they are pets and think they run me. LOL well they really do. The cat thinks she is human and is a real pest loves everyone. My health is improving already. My type 2 diabetes is history already and my blood pressure meds have been reduced by half. My joints are still bad and exercising is really hard for me.enough for now I am just happy I found this posting for people my age.
