After may years of up and down dieting and trying everything, I arrived at 40 years of age really worried about my future.  As 40 neared, all of the sudden many co-morbidities started showing up.  Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Joint Pains and Major Back Surgery opened my eyes to what being morbidly obese had in store for me.  So here is am on the cusp of a new life.  Excited yest Apprehensive best describes my current state of mind.
