  1. Hi...we have close to the same stats and I feel your pain. I found that if I make hummus and eat a small amount at 11am and 3pm the day is better. I am headed for my second fill this Friday so I am hoping that will help. I know your not supposed to eat between meals but I am still losing weight and it keeps me straight. I will also substitute a small container of cottage cheese instead of the hummus. Hope that helps! Anita
  2. Yes, I had my surgery on April 9th and had 1/2 cup of ice cream. It was suger free but I still shouldn't have had it since it was made with real cream. Knowone is perfect and the key is to not beat yourself up over it and start back up the next day. I haven't had anything else and it's been easier for me to stick to my diet until my first fill.
