  1. I'm sure you've thought of all of these suggestions, but here goes. My Dr. allows me to have between 1000-1200 calories per day. I can have three salad plates of food each day as long as they are within the calorie boundaries. I swim 5 days per week and try to be as active as I can. Maybe just a little tweak will get you back on track!
  2. I have Tricare Prime so I need to go to a Dr. that accepts that coverage. Does anyone have any ideas?
  3. I had my lap band surgery 12/23/09 and am at 5cc in a 10cc band. I know that I'm not quite at my sweet spot but am losing steadily each month. I swim every day and that seems to help. Good luck and God Bless. Diane

My surgery was 12/23. I was back at work within a week, a little tired but doing well. The first week I wasn't hungry but by the end of week two I felt like I could eat a house. I have now settled down into a three a day routine.

I'm so excited for you. I was at 289 and knew that if I hadn't gotten the band 300 was in sight. I'm glad you are doing well. Keep up the good work.

Good for you. I am in the Raleigh area and was banded 12/23 at Rex. I was also really dry but found that ice chips really helped.
  7. I'm in the same boat, surgery was on December 23 and I want to eat, eat, eat. My stomach makes the most grumbling I've ever heard, but I'm bound and determined to make this work so I'm dieting, dieting and exercising!
