  1. Michelle- I appreciate your honesty about your feelings. I feel the same exact way. Only, I've had 10 more years to dwell on it, I am 44. My kids are 8 and 12. I feel like I'm pretty active with them, but I know I could do more. I had my final Dr. appointment today. My surgery is in a week. I've been on this pre-op diet for 7 days, only 7 more to go. It's been a struggle for me, but I am goal oriented, so I plug thru. I,m tired of focusing on my weight, I can't wait until I'm recovered from the surgery, and eating less. Good luck to you!!!!
