  1. Ok, check one more thing off my list. My psych eval was quick, easy and painless. He made my life easier and immediately emailed my surgeon the evaluation paperwork. Now it is just a waiting game of insurance approval and getting a date for surgery...whoohooo!!!
  2. Hi Alice! Where are you in WV? I live in St. Albans and I just have to get my psych eval done before the doc can submit the paperwork to insurance. Getting kind of antsy though. lol I am going to Dr. Bali in South Charleston. Welcome to the forum!
  3. Hello everyone! I am new to posting, but not new to this forum. I have been reading the forum for a while now to do some research on the LAP-BAND®®. I am an Army Wife (hence the id) and am currently living in West Virginia while my husband does his recruiting stint. I have been MO for many years now. I have been there for my child, my husband, the military and I am last. It is now MY time. I am ready to get healthy. I have seen my PCM, and had initial consult with the surgeon. Since I have TPR, I only have to see the nutritionist, have a psych consult, and wait for approval. I am very excited about my decision and look forward to getting to know some of you better. I will definitely keep posting updates. I would like to thank everyone that posts in this forum, it has helped me tremendously...the good, the bad, and the ugly.
