  1. Hello, I am a 34 year old male, living in Katy, Texas. I was banded on 5/23/06, by Dr. Richard Wilkenfeld. When I started my pre-op diet, I weighed in at 310 Ibs. Today, I weighed in at 229 Ibs. and I feel GREAT:) My goal weight is 190 Ibs. I have started working out (resistance weight training and cardio). I have more energy, and can actually play with my two kids without having to take a break every five minutes, to catch my breath. People that have not seen me in a while, FREAK-OUT, and I love it. thanks for letting me share, Joe
