  3. WOW.. sounds like you had an awful doctor. .. 12 lbs is great! I believe that taking small steps in the right direction is whats working for me right now. Just try to stay positive and keep working hard and you will continue to be successful. So what if you only really getting started now.. focus on the fact that you ARE starting! Be proud of yourself! You can do it! :drool:
