:eek:If I would have know how absolutely miserable I would be I would have stayed fat. I just got adjusted to 4cc's on Monday today is Friday and I am fighting to keep any food down. My stomach feels like it has been through a battle and I just want to cry. From everything I have read 4cc's is nothing but I feel like I am dying. I have talked to friends who have had this and they say the vomiting comes with the territory. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep something down?

:thumbup:Ok feeling better now and seriously inspired. Looking at everyone's pics reminds me of what I am doing this for. You are all amazing and an inspiration to me. I feel stupid for feeling so negative earlier and I realize this takes time and patience and that is something I have never been good at.
