  1. I had some before and they taste like wet seaweed just plucked from the sea. They taste awful, and I swore to beat whoever made them......lol.
  2. It may not take 6 weeks, but it could take "up to" 6 weeks. I had my surgery on 12/17 and I feel that most of the swelling has gone down, although there is just a littel bit still left. Everyone is a lil different, but I also realized a huge difference in how I felt from week 2 thru week 3.
  3. My doctor gave me the choice of staying since I had a late surgery, which I graciously declined!!
  4. My doctor here in Atlanta has it printed on the back of his business card, which I have laminated. I plan on getting another one from Realize as soon as I figure out where and how to request it.
  5. Eating more protien seems to curb my hunger, therefore, more protien shakes between meals for me. I am only 2 weeks post surgery though.
  6. I had simular pain in my calfs, and I was told it was from the compression sleeves they put on my legs during surgery. It went away after 2 or 3 days though.
