I'm consdering lap band. I've attended a couple of seminars and support meetings. However, I'm confused if I really want to go this route. I've tried diet pills, fasting and several other weight loss gimmicks. We all know none of them were successful. Before I make my decison on the lap band, I want to get more info from bansters. I'm ready for a lifestyle change.
