HI, I was banded a little over two years ago. I have been having a difficult time lately and really need a buddy. I have a four year old so it's sometimes difficult to get to meetings. I would do better one on one or with a small group. Thanks, Kendall

Hi, Is there a Katy meeting? I'm a patient of Dr. Spivak's, too. 4/29/09. I desperately need to talk with fellow banders. I know Dr. Spivak no longer has meetings and I just moved to Katy. I had my band repositioned in June and can not get back into the groove!

It helps that I'm not alone. My doctor wants to take it slow, but how do we have more cc's in then when we were unfilled? I had restriction before I was unfilled. I was banded in April and lost 60 lbs by October. I've gained 12 lbs. since November. I don't have a leak.

I had a complete unfill in November due to allergy issues. Since then, I have been unable to get any restriction. I have had numerous fills, and have passed the amount of cc's I had in my band before the unfill. I feel as if I will never have restriction again. I have absolutely none! Any advice or similar incidents?

We live near each other. I'm at Westpark and Dairy Ashford. West Houston Medical Center has a monthly meeting. We could also get together.

I would love to join, also. I was banded by Dr. Spivak in April. I've recently had two unfills and need major motivation and support.
