I am extremely excited. I have my final visit with the doctor before surgery on Dec 31, 2009. On Dec 31, 2009, I will my make the appointment for what I will refer to as my rebirth. I am looking forward to starting the new year off right. This is the best gift ever!!! I will be turning 40 in February. I want to go to Hawaii in Dec 2010 for my birthday and I want to wear a bikini.  I want to document my success. I want to start 2010 off being positive. I will strive to be my best. I want to be around and healthy with my kids. They mean the world to me. I want to live by example. I want to be active again. most of all, I want to be happy again.
