I went to Dr.Moran and last year there were some office staffing problems. I would come to my appointment only to find out out that I was not on the books.  Since then I noticed Janell has left who was wonderful! I made an appointment as I had to continue to get adjustments and the doctor suggested that I get the appointment that is like an xray looking in. I asked HOW MUCH? The quote I was given was only his bill.  The correct answer should have been I charge this amount and you will need to see how much Rex will charge you. Long story short- I owed about 700 instead of the 400 I was quoted.  This was the second issue I had since my surgery.  I spoke to the office manager and was not satisfied and I asked to speak at some point to Dr. Moran- her response was I could send an email but it had to go through her. Yea, right- like the letter I sent him about the appointments that they missed for me. The letter never made it to my file.  I know this because I talked to him about it the next time I saw him. Make sure you get everything in writing! I am probably going to switch to Dr. Enochs. Terrible office staff - and the nerve of the office manager not letting me set up a time to talk to him. I contacted Rex Hospital and spoke to a great lady that I will be writing after the Christmas.  Don't trust what they say verbally!!
