  1. I was actually wondering the same thing because i got my fill 2 weeks ago and i dont feel any different than i did before my fill. I cant wait till my second fill and feel a little more restriction because i cant stand the feeling of guilt everytime i eat a meal
  2. Actually it did it was sooo good it was just a cheese pizza..... i walked the treadmill this morning for a half hour before work but it didnt contrubute to my guiltiness
  3. Wow!! all that food sounds delicious, thanx for sharing and its a relief knowing that someone else has had the pizza experience also. After this i seriously doubt that i will be having "pizza days" for a while:thumbup:
  4. i think im one of those people who want to lose a lot and quick. I guess i just need to read up on healthy recipes and stuff thats gonna help me be full and lose the weight at the same time
  5. Being that u also r 1 month post op can u tell me what ur eating??? and what gives you tht full satisfaction in which you dont feel the need to eat after 2 hrs
  6. Yeah i had my first fill on 12/14 and was scheduled for a second one on 12/21 but had to cancel tht appointment due to work so im not scheduled again till jan. 4th. Honestly im not even clear on what i should be eating 1 month in......... sometimes i want to stick to mushies, but my body isnt satisfied with the soft stuff. The pizza was for dinner earlier tht day i had a grilled chicken whole wheat wrap for lunch and also felt bad about tht because im not sure what to eat
  7. im exactly one month post op today, yesterday i had a slice of pizza( yea, i know BAD!!!!!!!!!) but i was at a school gathering with my daughter and thts all they had and it smelled so good plus i knew i would be there for a while. Anyway i had a very small slice but today i feel like the worst person ever, i feel like such a screw up;0( and to top that off i feel choked up like somethings stuck in my throat, i think i need a fill ASAP can anyone advise me of this horrible feeling:bored:???
  8. i had my first fill yesterday i was in such a rush to get to work that i forgot to ask how many cc's it was, but i think i feel bad both mentally and physically. physically because when i do eat my chest feels funny and i feel somewhat uncomfortable, and mentally because my mind plays games on me and tells me that maybe i shouldn't have eaten that
  9. I was banded on 11/24/09 and i had my first my first fill on 12/14/09 and was scheduled for the second on the 21st but unfortunately had to cancel due to work.........I havent felt hungry since but i have been feeling very gassy since my fill
  10. I am 3 wks post op and I have absolutely no idea what to eat, i have been reading online and reading everyones posts but still cant manage to eat something and not feel bad about eating it. I have been eating soft cooked chicken for my proteins and i have been taking my protein shakes in the morning i've been having sugar free puddings mashed plantains (boiled) mashed potatoes etc....... but i feel like crap everytime for some reason i feel like i messed up. Can someone help me:blush:

I understand exactly how u feel, my 9year old daughter cried when i explained the surgery to her and my boyfriend and i had a fight everyday about the same thing until surgery date got closer and he saw that i was not backing down. Im 3weeks in now and everythings and everybody is ok..........They have been super supportive and understanding, they even help by eating better around me so i won't cheat:0)
