  1. Okay I am not sure what I am doing. I do eat less than I did before my surgery and I am losing weight. However the Doctor said I would get a pressure that told me I was full and to quit eating. The problem is if I have soup and crackers or crackers and cheese I don't seem to get that feeling till I ate 10 crackers. That can't be good for me. Any suggestions on what I could eat to fill me up quickly?
  2. Hi! I am new to the site and I have no idea when you posted this. But since my surgery I have found that I like FUZE Slenderize. Seems to take the place of soda for me. Also the Crystal Light Wild Strawberry Energize has alittle caffine in it. Hope this helps!
