  1. My doc just put me on Chromium because I have diabetes. My blood sugar isn’t crazy high but still over 100 after 8-10hr fasting. I have looked up Chromium and it is sold as a weight loss supplement. However it is not clinically proven because the data has been produced by questionable sources or the sample data was really small. My doc said that Chromium helps your body use insulin better and will help regulate my blood sugar. If you have diabetes like me ask your doctor about Chromium and let me know what he thinks. I am interested to hear what other doc’s say.
  2. I would still like to hear someone tell me what Obama or Congress has done for them. Remember congress passes the laws. Bush didn’t make the policies that caused the collapse. Did anyone remember that bush had a Dem congress and house passing laws. I can’t understand why everyone hated Bush when the congress voted to go to war and help deregulate the finical system that allowed this to happen. As we have seen Obama’s no different than Bush. Everyone’s hate is directed at a focal point (Bush) when the problem is that the people we elect to REPERESENT us don’t give a dam about us. If you keep looking to government to change our lives you will only get the change they want.
  3. Hockey. I have been playing since I was 6 years old. It’s a great sport. I'm looking forward to getting back to it once I lose some weight. Let us know how you’re doing.
