  1. How did you get your ticker factor on there, I can't figure it out? Thanks
  2. I too have mostly been sticking with soups and protein shakes. I really haven't been that hungry, but I am taking very easy too.
  3. I was also banded on 11/24 and I am still having some pain. I did get out to do a little shopping yesterday, but after all the madness. Although I did get worn out quickly. I am still on liquids, but can eat full liquids (pudding, cream soups, etc.). I go to the dr for my first follow up next Friday, so I am anxious to see how I am doing. Just ready to really start feeling better. Congrats to you on your band!!!
