    @Alicia - Yeah, I had a friend ask me have I tried portion control? Uhhh I have PCOS...my body has no idea about portion control. My mind does, but my body doesn't! Poo on the friend thinking that the gym was the bomb for you!!!:thumbup:

    Hi ladies! I am in Fayetteville. I just attended a seminar this weekend. I too would be using True Results. My coverage is not effective until 01/10...but if my carrier uploads my 2010 plan info, I can get started in December. Please let me know your thoughts and any "hiccups" and good things that you have experienced during the process. Thanks and good luck to you all! Happy Thanksgiving!
