  1. My first fill is tomorrow. What should I expect? How does it feel? Will it hurt? Linda in Wa
  2. I was very constipated after surgery. My Dr suggested MOM. Two doses and it finally blasted it out. I thought I was giving birth!! LOL Relief. I find I dont go but maybe every 2 days now and not enough. I dont hurt but I feel uncomfy. I am going to try to add Fiber in some form. Water and walking helps. Also I know watching what I am eating I wasnt taking in much in the way of fat. I changed that this week. Added some mayo to some foods. That seemed to help a lot. Linda
  3. I was feeling down and came here to find support. Thank you all. I was having some of the same feelings as the 1st poster. I am 25 lbs lost since starting my 2 weeks medifast before surg (Oct 30). I have only lost 5lbs since seeing my Dr Nov 5th. I am set for my band to be tightened tomorrow. Thank goodness. I am hungry all the time. It's sheer will power that is getting me through each day this last week. I can eat and have ate big portions. I am trying to stay lower carb when I eat. Diabetic too and my blood sugars are much lower if I do. I woke up this morning starving. I had a thin hamburger patty, bacon slice, tomato slice, dill picke slice and mayo. I was in heaven. I love food. I am a foodaholic. My will power does not last long so I am hoping that having the band inflated and having restriction will help me on my way to conquering my addictions. This is my first post. Linda In WA
