  1. Hello everyone, I am on day 7. Whenever I feel hungry I reach for a sf pudding and a sf jello. It really helps. I have lost 7 pounds so far and am very excited about going for my first fill. I have 1 more week to go. The liquid diet is monotonous:frown:, but I'm thinking about the big picture once this phase is over:thumbup:. We all knew that having the procedure was going to be life changing. Focus on your excitement during this phase.
  2. I am being banded on Thursday Jan 7th with Dr. Bass in Hollywood, Fl. I started my full liquid diet today and am doing good so far. A little hungry, but dealing with it. I couldn't be more excited about the surgery. I'm not even nervous anymore. Let me know if anyone else is getting banded around the same time so that we can keep in contact! Good luck to everyone!!!
  3. Hi my name is Kerry and I am having my surgery on 1/7/10. I'm starting my per op liquid diet on New Year's eve. It's going to be tough, but I'm mentally preparing myself. I'm very excited about having the procedure performed and have only told my very closest friends and family. I don't want to be judged by mis-informed people who think that this surgery is an easy way out if you know what I mean. We should definitely keep in touch during this entire life changing process. Take care!
