  1. I do see a dr here in Mass down in Boston. So I'm thankful for that!
  2. Hello, I got my lap band done in Oct 2004 down in Mexico b/c it was cheapier. I didn't experience any probelms, I got a fill in 2005 of 2 cc and that is pretty much all that I had done to my band. I had a son in 2007 when thru my pregnancy fine, had a 7 lbs 6 oz baby boy in great health. I just had my 2 child in Oct 2009. A little girl both my c-section. I again when thru my pregnancy with the fill however, ever since I got the fill it took me over an hour to eat. Now it could be that I didn't chew my food to good or I drank to much, I would get stuck and sometimes I would make myself throw up just to releave the pain. I had a very hard time eating b/c 1 I had a 2 yrs old to chase around and it just took to long for me to eat. I'm happy to say I had a little girl 5 lbs 12.6 oz in Oct. Ever since I had her, I'm having a hard time eating foods at first then it when to liquids as well. It would come and go, I do drink alot of soda which I think may be a problem. Last thru it got soo bad I when to the emergency room to get it unfilled. I did feel alot better right away and was able to chug a glass of water twice! So they let me go home, now it is Sun and I'm still having pain when I try to eat and drink. I have tried to eat mushy food, mash potatoes, ice cream, soup nothing seems to help. I'm wondering if some how my band has moved? or something. I was told by the Dr in Mexico that he was able to sew my band twice to my muscle...I know my mom had it down a month early than I and she hasn't had any problems with her's. I was just wondering if anyone has happen to. I'm getting server pain around my band when I drink or eat, I can feel it go thur, and I even feel the pain when I don't eat or drink. I really haven't eating much nor drink alot since wed. I'm going to call the Dr 1st thing tomm and see what they have to say. I know something is wrong b/c Im in alot of pain. thanks for listening. Bobbie Jo:smile2:
