hello all, my name is joe and i live in berlin pa i have two kids and they are my life my current weight is 285 at 5' 10" with a bmi of 42 i will hopefully be having the lapband surgery in may of 2010 and would like some friends male or female that can anwser any questions i have and i can be there for you for moral support and grow on our journey to be more healthy thanks joe:biggrin:

there are too many commercial on tv today thats why there is an obesity crisis and thankfuly we get a second chance with the lapband my name is joe nice to meet you

hello everyone my name is joe and i am hopefully getting the lapband. i am in the begining stages of the whole experience and hope to meet some people to share the experience with im 25 have two beautiful children and am tired of being obese and want to change my life and add some positive people in it, im nervous about the whole ordeal but as i said itll be alot easier knowing some great positive people that is going through or who has already got the lapband im also a great listener if you need a ear to listen
