  1. How is everybody doing? I have not checked back here in some time. I reached my goal weight in 9 months and 1 day (lost 150+ lbs) and now looking to set new goals. Pete
  2. I got banded on the 7th. Not as painful as I expected, I had surgery 4 hours away from home so we rented a hotel room for a couple of days. The day after surgery I drove home, and I am back at work this morning.
  3. I guess I am verry lucky. I decided I wanted to do it on November 17, 2009, I scheduled a consult for December 11, 2009, and I am having the surgery on January 7, 2010.
  4. The pre-op went well, I am scheduled for 1/7/10. The reality that this will happen is starting to set in. I never figured I would be able to afford this procedure.
  5. I have my pre-op this Friday (12/11), they told me there should be no problem with a 1/7/10 surgery date. I am lucky, I started the process 2 weeks ago.
