I have always been overweight and it has held me back from so many things that I enjoyed growing up.  I have always been aware that I was larger than most anyone that I went to school with.  Therefore, I have delt with depression for most of my life, however it did not really realize it til I lost weight for the first time in my life and got married.  Needless to say, I gained that weight back, then again lost it about 10 years later, only to gain it back.  I cannot stand the thought of losing weight again, only to regain it.  I am so tired of gimmicks and empty promises.  I want to be healthy and be able to enjoy my children and my husband.  I feel like I am stuck in the house feeling bad everyday and I am not happy.  So my journey has begun and I can't wait to feel great!
