  1. My insurance did not pay for the testing but I was able to use my flexable spending dollars and it was well worth it. I went thru Tru Results with my surgery and they referred me to one of their other centers in Hurst, TX for it.
  2. It's back on! I did need an adjustment on my last visit. Word to those who don't know..... do not wait 6 months for an adjustment even if you think everything is ok. I also had metabolic testing and found out that I have a very slow metabolism. Just knowing these answers has helped me see what else I need to do for my weightloss. Had an upper GI ( not for lap band reasons ) but they did say that I did not have any slippage or errosion! YEAH!!! Ready go get back to the gym on Monday. I am super excited because I started running. Never thought that I would be able to say that.

  4. Ok so on my last entry I had advised that I was feeling really disappointed in myself for not loosing like I should be. Now I am really discouraged because I am constantly craving and wanting foods that are not good for me and will continue to hinder me further. I feel like I am intentionally sabotaging my progress. Is this possible? I am wayyy to young to not get into gear and help myself! Why doesn't it click?

  6. I hit my restriction in July and that is why I haven't had another one. I go back in a couple of weeks to check up on everything. I am going to ask about what else I can do to help my weight loss.
  7. So when you say that you cleanse every 30 days is that just doing the shakes for 2 days and then soft foods? Or do you do something else. I will definently try the food intake suggestion.
  8. Oh yeah starting weight was 224 so the 193 isn't bad I just want to see more.
  9. Ok so December 18th was my 1 year post op. I had my last fill in July and I have only lost 6 lbs in that time period. After Thanksgiving I actually lost 3 of those pounds. I have started working out HARD and I do contribue that to gaining muscle but I feel like I have truly hit that plateau. It's coming up to a new year and I am happy to be under 200 lbs. ( 193 to be exact) My goal is 140 so I feel like I still have a long way to go. I just want to feel good again like I did back before July. Any insperation will be helpful!
