I am in the evaluation stage but I am cautiously (amazingly) optimistic that this might be the solution for me. I have struggled with my weight since - forever. It used to fluctuate by about 20 pounds or so. Over the last 8-10 years, it's ballooned up to more than 100 lbs overweight. I have to get healthy. To be a positive role model for my daughter. To make sure that I stay alive for my family.
