  2. Would love a buddy to speak with regarding the difficulties I am having. Anybody ever have trouble actually getting on the scale, putting food in their mouth except for liquids; these kind of difficulties. The weight seems to be coming off without problems, exercise going well, not eating enough, I think. Write if you think you are a good fit for me!

  4. You may not necessarily get that much from food stuffs now. I have used a whey protein in a shake form at times which can give a good amount of protein.
